Tussen 1921 en 1939 werkt, eerst in Parijs en vervolgens in Brussel,\u00a0een tripartite inlichtingendienst, samengesteld uit vertegenwoordigers van de Britse, Franse en Belgische geheime diensten.\u00a0Deze inlichtingendienst heet eerst BLAO (Bureau de Liaison de l\u2019Arm\u00e9e d\u2019Occupation). Na de afschaffing van de militaire veiligheid wordt deze dienst vanaf 1930 onder de naam BOX (Bureau of\u00a0Exchange) heringericht. Het BLAO-BOX kan worden beschouwd als de logische voorzetting van de samenwerking die tijdens de Eerste Wereldoorlog tussen deze drie diensten ontstond bij het\u00a0intergeallieerd Bureau van Folkestone.<\/td>\nBetween 1921 and 1939, a tripartite intelligence office composed of representatives of British, French and Belgian secret services is operationals,\u00a0first from Paris, then from\u00a0Brussels. This office was known\u00a0as BLAO (\u201cBureau de Liaison de\u00a0l\u2019Arm\u00e9e d\u2019Occupation\u201d). After the\u00a0suppression of the military security,\u00a0it was reconstituted in 1930 as\u00a0BOX (Bureau of Exchange). BLAO-BOX\u00a0can be considered as the logical\u00a0continuation of the collaboration\u00a0that existed, during the First\u00a0World War, between those three services within the intra-alliance\u00a0intelligence bureau at Folkestone.<\/td>\nEntre 1921 et 1939 fonctionne, \u00e0 Paris d\u2019abord, \u00e0 Bruxelles ensuite, un bureau tripartite de renseignements compos\u00e9 de repr\u00e9sentants\u00a0des services secrets britanniques, fran\u00e7ais et belges. De Duitse herbewapening laat de Generale Staf van het Belgisch leger toe om de militaire inlichtings-en contraspionagedienst opnieuw op te richten. Het Koninklijk Besluit van 27 mei\u00a01937<\/a> geeft de Tweede Sectie de sinds 1929 aan de Openbare Veiligheid afgestane bevoegdheden\u00a0terug, samen met een korps van burgerlijke agenten. Om de nieuwe dienst geheim te\u00a0houden voor het buitenland maar ook voor de Belgische pers en politici wordt het Koninklijk\u00a0Besluit niet in het Staatsblad gepubliceerd.<\/td>\nFacing the German rearmament, the General Staff of the Belgian\u00a0army tried to reinstall a military intelligence and security\u00a0service. Together with a body of civil agents, the royal decree\u00a0of 27 May 1937<\/a> gave this service the competence back which\u00a0had been transferred to the Public Security in 1929. To keep\u00a0the existence of this new service a secret for foreigners as\u00a0well as for the Belgian press and politicians, the royal decree\u00a0was not published in the Moniteur Belge.<\/td>\nFace au r\u00e9armement allemand, l\u2019\u00e9tat-major de l\u2019arm\u00e9e belge s\u2019efforce de\u00a0r\u00e9installer un service de renseignement et de contre-espionnage militaires.\u00a0Les comp\u00e9tences transf\u00e9r\u00e9es depuis 1929 \u00e0 la S\u00fbret\u00e9 publique lui sont\u00a0restitu\u00e9es, ainsi qu\u2019un corps d\u2019agents civils, par un arr\u00eat\u00e9 royal du 27 mai\u00a01937<\/a>. Pour maintenir secr\u00e8te l\u2019existence du nouveau service tant \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard de\u00a0l\u2019\u00e9tranger que vis-\u00e0-vis de la presse et du monde politique belges, l\u2019arr\u00eat\u00e9 royal\u00a0n\u2019est pas publi\u00e9 au Moniteur belge.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
De doelbewust vaag benoemde \u00ab Service de contre-information \u00bb (SCI) wordt toevertrouwd\u00a0aan Majoor Mampuys. In zijn strijd tegen Duitse spionage, kan de SCI voor de oorlog niet minder\u00a0dan 43 agenten ontmaskeren.<\/td>\nDeliberately endowed with a vague name, the \u201cService de\u00a0Contre-information\u201d (SCI) was under the command of Major\u00a0Mampuys. In its struggle against the German espionage, before\u00a0the Second World War, the SCI was able to arrest no less\u00a0than 43 agents.<\/td>\nD\u00e9sign\u00e9 par l\u2019intitul\u00e9 d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9ment vague de \u00ab Service de contre-information \u00bb\u00a0(SCI), celui-ci est confi\u00e9 au major Mampuys.
