Main themes
To achieve those objectives, the activity will:
- approach the fundamental theology as the hermeneutical function of theology (in the sense that fundamental theology endeavours to establish a critical and reciprocal correlation between the interpretation of Christian tradition and the interpretation of the contemporary human experience);
- highlight that function (developed in a special way in the two main chapters of any classical fundamental theology: revelation and faith) and its methodological consequences for any theology today;
- go into the thought of an author or a specific question in depth.
