Learning outcomes
At the end of this learning unit, the student is able to : | |
At the end of the activity "Introduction to consecutive interpreting", the student will be able to - understand the content of a 4-5 minute oral message in Russian, - analyse the message and take a step back to distinguish the essential from the accessory, - reconstruct the oral message in French as language A, giving an account of the speaker's train of thought, the structure and logical links and respecting the speaker's intention. - communicate orally in language A to an audience with precision, respecting the rules of language A and the appropriate language register. - keep abreast of international news. At the end of the "liaison interpreting" activity, the student will be able to - develop strategies for documentary and terminological research; - render the main arguments of the speech while ignoring minor elements. - develop effective stress management - demonstrate flexibility and alertness to adapt to new and immediate communication situations; |
