Content
The identification and development of relational and emotional competences measured by the ESCI (Goleman and Boyatzis): emotional self-knowledge; achievement; adaptability; emotional self-control; optimism; empathy; understanding of organisations; conflict management; coaching and mentoring; influence; inspirational leadership; teamwork; systemic thinking; recognition of constants.
Teaching methods
This seminar offers a learning track organized around a 360 ° feedback on relational and emotional competences, a kick-off session, mentoring, a peer learning group, a skills development activity offered by the LSM (Career Path) and an open learning activity in a non-profit organisation.
The students are asked to identify their competences in this area and to choose to develop two of them.
