Content
This part of the course is designed to "equip" students to become future chemistry teachers at D2. The aim here is not only to present the elements of didactics relating to the teaching of chemistry but also to ensure the transfer and appropriation of these tools by the future teachers.
Teaching methods
The teaching activities are those recommended in secondary education: group work, lectures, flipped classes, laboratories, etc., mainly in co-construction with the students.
Evaluation methods
Students registered for the Aggregation in Geography or Mathematics, taking only module LCHM2340 C, are assessed in January as follows:
Chemistry laboratory activities: 20% of the total mark
Written test (November) concerning the basic concepts to be taught in D2 Chemistry: 10% of the total mark
10-hour observation course report in chemistry: 30% of the total grade
Individual written evaluation (January) concerning the concepts covered in didactics and epistemology of chemistry: 40% of the total mark
Attendance to this course is required. In accordance with article 72 of the General Regulations for Studies and Examinations, the course director may propose to the jury that a student who has not attended at least 80% of the courses during the January or September session be refused registration.

LCHM2340 C is an elective course for students enrolled in the Aggregation in Geography or Mathematics. It can only be taken if LSCI2320 has been taken previously.
