- the main legislation which governs the human and patrimonial resources of administrations
The stress will be put on the incidence of the European law as well as the issues or controversies that are highlighted by current events.

At the end of this learning unit, the student is able to : | |
| 1 | The students must acquire a adequate understanding and a good knowledge of administrative law, both concern-ing public authorities' action, and administrative organizations. This course must enable the students to per-ceive and evaluate the incidence of legislation over the action and the functioning of the administrations |
