Content
In 2021-2022, the course will be jointly given by Professor Mattia Cavagna, for the mediaeval literature part, and by Professor Agnès Guiderdoni, for the 16th century literature part. We will choose a theme that allows us to study the continuities and discontinuities between the literature of the Middle Ages and that of the Renaissance, through a varied corpus of texts. This theme will be announced during the first term.

Students preparing a master thesis in the field of medieval French and Renaissance literature are strongly encouraged to follow the course.
