Main themes
The course concerns problems in connection with one of the magistral courses of the second and third years of the degree.
Collective meetings are organized at the beginning of year to expose the objectives of course and to exempt methodological recommendations. Other collective meetings take place at the end of the year. They permit a discussion on the topics and an individual prestation of the researches.
Regular and individual meetings are organized. They aim to allow a personalized and followed relation between the student and the teacher.During these, teacher exposes his comments and formulates suggestions and advices by reserving a detailed attention with the student's personal reflexion.
Written work comprises between 15 and 25 pages.
Attendance and participation at the collective and individual meetings are compulsory.
Prerequisite
To be following or have followed the magisterial course in the matter corresponding to the practical work.
Evaluation
The note is attached to written work (content and form), attendance at the collective and individual meetings and quality of the work's presentation.

At the end of this learning unit, the student is able to : | |
| 1 | The course aims to help the student to supplement and deepen, by a personal research, one of the main and magistral courses. The teaching formula is oriented to develop the abilities for research, with a critical mind, the originality of thought and capacity to formulate it with rigour and style. They represent a training to the basics abilities whose would be later implemented within the seminaris. |
