At the end of this learning unit, the student is able to :

1 ·         Integration of molecular, biochemical and physiological approaches into some aspects of normal nutrition
·         Integration of molecular, biochemical and physiological approaches into some aspects of pathophysiological nutrition
·         To develop critical thinking skills when facing nutrition problems
