Main themes
The master theses carried out in the Master Degree in
Management, specializing in taxation and accounting, are
grounded in the reality and professional practices requiring
specific supervision. This seminar is designed to help
students to carry out their master thesis in the best
conditions and aims at:
- guiding students in selecting and defining their master
thesis research question in the field of accounting and tax
expertise;
- provide advices, methodological and bibliographical
references in these two areas, as well as writing guides
useful for the realization of their master thesis;
- inform in a uniform way all LSM students on the master
thesis instructions and
- indirectly serve as support for directors of master thesis
by systematizing knowledge and skills transfer to a wide
audience.
Aims

At the end of this learning unit, the student is able to :

1 At the end of this course, the student is able to:
- choose a master thesis topic in the field of taxation and
or accounting, and define a clear and relevant research
question;
- identify and analyze scientific and or professional papers
to be used throughout their master thesis;
- carry out a critical review of the literature;
- build a coherent methodology for the research question
being addressed;
- write rigorously and present orally his master thesis,
while respecting the guidelines.
