Content
The course is organized around two axes, one historical, the other more linguistic . The first will consist of an overview of Italian history from the early Middle Ages to the present day. It will focus in particular on literary and artistic aspects of the studied periods. The second has two components: diachronic ( history of the Italian language) and synchronic ( comparative stylistics ) .
