Main themes
By documenting and preparing various classroom sequences and by studying their results, this course will try to address the main aspects of the contemporary teaching of performing arts. This course also starts reflection on the characteristics of quality transfer and in particular on its adaptation to the target audience.

At the end of this learning unit, the student is able to : | |
1 | At the end of this course, the student will have learned to conceive, organise and assess educational activities and learning situations for teaching performing arts in the different degrees of secondary education. The student will also have understood the status, the contents and the changes of the teaching programmes. He will have achieved a critical reading of the latter. He will have practised construing original sequences of instruction, adapted to the different degrees of secondary school ad the spirit of the programs, and with the aim of reaching the objectives set for the pupils. Finally, the student will be introduced, with the help of TIC, to the analysis of oral and written transmission of artistic and scientific knowledge. |

At the end of the practical experience period, the student will make an oral evaluation of the show he has participated in, the producer's working method and the student's own involvement in the production.
