Content
The identification and development of relational and managerial skills measured by the ESCI of Goleman and Boyatzis.
Namely: emotional self-knowledge; desire for achievement; adaptability; emotional self control; optimism ; empathy ; understanding of organizations; conflict management ; coaching and mentoring; influence; charismatic leadership; teamwork ; systemic thinking; recognition of constants
Teaching methods
This seminar offers a learning track organized around:
- a 360 ° feedback on relational and managerial skills
- a kick-off session
- mentoring
- a peer learning group
- a skills development activity offered by the LSM (Career Path)
- an open learning activity
It gives students the opportunity to identify their skills in this area and to choose to develop one in particular.
Evaluation methods
Continuous evaluation
  • Date: During the 2 Terms
  • Type of evaluation:    - participation in an introductory session
                                      - realization of work (individual and groups)
    • to deposit on Moodle and hand deliver to teachers
  •     - evaluation by professors and peers
  • Comments: compliance with programmed activities in the timetable
  • Comments: given the nature of the proposed device and spread over time, this seminar can not be represented in the second session
