Aims

At the end of this learning unit, the student is able to :

1 By the end of the module, students should understand the bases of unicity and diversity in the living world. They will know the structure and functioning of human cell and genome as well as the mechanisms of cell division and embryonic development. Moreover, they will know the structure of the major types of human tissues.

The contribution of this Teaching Unit to the development and command of the skills and learning outcomes of the programme(s) can be accessed at the end of this sheet, in the section entitled “Programmes/courses offering this Teaching Unit”.
