Although we do not yet know how long the social distancing related to the Covid-19 pandemic will last, and regardless of the changes that had to be made in the evaluation of the June 2020 session in relation to what is provided for in this learning unit description, new learnig unit evaluation methods may still be adopted by the teachers; details of these methods have been - or will be - communicated to the students by the teachers, as soon as possible.

Main themes
The activity validates the active participation in pre-service classroom teaching practice. Validation can be obtained if and only if, at the end of the second year of their masters' studies in didactics, the teaching practice reports and assessment sheets provided by the in-service teacher tutors clearly indicate that the student :
- has compared his/her performance at different times and gained critical distance with regard to his/her own perceptions of live teaching ;
- has analysed the pedagogical methods of other students ;
- has implemented theoretical ideas and models developed in the framework of other principles of good teaching practice ;
- has, if need be, used remedial measures offered to him/her.
Aims

At the end of this learning unit, the student is able to :

1 This student-led reflexive activity is directly related to the classroom teaching practice of the GERM2222B course: Théories et analyses des pratiques en didactique des langues germaniques (0h+50h). The credits of this activity can only be validated for students in MASTER GERM 120 (finalité didactique) who have the opportunity to spread their teaching practice over the two years of their master studies.

Content
Students will write a reflective report reassessing the contents of the first observation report submitted at the beginning of their teacher training, taking into account their actual teaching practice and the practice reports and assessment sheets provided by the in-service teacher tutors

Evaluation methods
Submission of a reflective written report (post classroom teacher training). Detailed information on the report will be regularly updated on the Moodle website devoted to the teacher training sessions in Germanic languages (stages GERM)
Other information
Students must be registered for their classroom teacher training practice. The present activity can only be validated in the second year of the masters' degree (finalité didactique).
