Reading Greek Texts from the New Testament

Although we do not yet know how long the social distancing related to the Covid-19 pandemic will last, and regardless of the changes that had to be made in the evaluation of the June 2020 session in relation to what is provided for in this learning unit description, new learnig unit evaluation methods may still be adopted by the teachers; details of these methods have been - or will be - communicated to the students by the teachers, as soon as possible.

Content
The course offers a reading in Greek of texts of the New Testament, drawn mainly from the synoptic gospels, letters from Saint Paul and Johannine writings. It also includes a systematic review of Greek grammar.
Evaluation methods
Constant evaluation (preparation and participation) is completed by the final exam at the end of the year.

Il est demandé aux étudiants de se procurer :
- une grammaire grecque (par exemple la Grammaire grecque du Nouveau Testament de Maurice Carrez, ou la Grammaire grecque de E. Ragon et A. Dain),
- un dictionnaire grec (par exemple celui d'A. Bailly),
- une édition du Nouveau Testament grec (E. Nestle - K. Aland, Novum Testamentum Graece, 28e éd., Stuttgart, Deutsche Bibelgesellschaft, 2012).
