Aims

At the end of this learning unit, the student is able to :

1 To fully understand ergonomic concepts applied to the use of information and communication technology in work situations of a bureaucratic nature. Ability to undertake an interface assessment procedure through usability tests.

Other information
Teaching methods : Presentations and case studies. Students undertake an interface assessment in a usability laboratory. Assessment : students are assessed on usability tests carried out during the course.
