Particular problematics variables according to academic years, will be approached: offence of manners, victimology, abuse in the relations... The course will draw the attention to paradigmatic and theoretical divisions of the criminological knowledge.
Aims
At the end of this learning unit, the student is able to : | |
| 1 | The objective of this teaching is double : 1. On the one hand, to introduce the student with an interdisciplinary reflexion on criminological sets of themes 2. On the other hand, to sensitize it with the implications of this interdisciplinarity in the construction of the knowledge. |
