Content
Micro-milieux and local conversations will be the venues most frequently used as fields of observation and analysis. Work will involve approaching phenomena of mediation of cultural knowledge at the levels of production and reception, with the emphasis on linguistic and non-verbal contextual inferences.
Attempts at typification and interpretations will be located in the field of anthropo-sociological theories of communication. In particular, there will be an evaluation of approaches at field level and/or relating to conversational analysis.

The course requires supervision from Assistants on field activities.
