Aims

At the end of this learning unit, the student is able to :

1 The student will be able to understand the objectives of toxicology and the different domains to which it is applied.

Content
The lessons are organised as a series of 90 min conferences dealing with different domains including: Objectives of toxicology Clinical toxicology and poison control center Analytical toxicology, exposure biomonitoring and metabolomics Forensic toxicology Regulatory toxicology Ecotoxicology Nanotoxicology Genotoxicology Reproduction toxicology Industrial toxicology Environmental toxicology Food toxicology Pharmaceutical toxicology In vitro methods in toxicology

Pre-requisite : basic education in biological or (bio)medical sciences Evaluation : multiple choice exam. Materials : a summary of the conferences is posted on icampus.
