Content
The course involves 20 hours devoted to complaints expressed by or in name of adults and 10 hours on complaints of children. Patients can be present or not at the local pharmacy. Pharmacist must be able to ask the appropriate questions, to objectivize in some cases clinical signs and then determine the best attitude to adopt. All complaints cannot be broached but teaching should allow every pharmacist to assess the potential severity of any case he is confronted with.
