At the end of this learning unit, the student is able to : | |
1 | The teaching intends to to study the drafting of the contracts in the notary field, especially in three fields : sale, conventions related to the occupation of immovables (lease, usufruct¿) and mortgage credit. It will complete the acquired formation, by analyzing into in a specifically notary dimension the general concepts which have already been seen, and by presenting the particular problems related to the notary practice |
