Main themes
This course studies, on the basis of the legal provisions studied in the Master of Law, and insisting on the research of the best legal route: - liberalities (gifts in their various forms, and wills), which includes developments on the estate planning; - liquidations of succession (on the basis of identification of a certain number of type cases); - division by consent of parties and the drafting of the deeds of division; - various transmission systems of the property and the possession of the estate (direct seizing, assignment of ownership, delivery of legacy); - the difficulties related to certain liquidations, such the acceptance under inventory benefit (profit or beneficiary acceptance of the estate).
Aims

At the end of this learning unit, the student is able to :

1 The teaching aims to give to the students the tools, as well theoretical as practical, which will enable them to include/understand, analyze and solve the difficulties so much related to the devolution of successions as well to the preparation of gifts and wills. The course will tend to complete the formation received as Master of Law, by analyzing in a specifically notary dimension the general concepts which were yet seen, and by presenting the related aspects to the notary practice, which were not yet studied. During the teaching, different practical cases, drawn from lived situations or precedents, will be analyzed.
