Introduction to the core elements of a firm and to the basic concepts underlying its management; illustration and application to concrete examples
The concept of firm; business planning; sources of innovations;  strategic positioning; business model; governance; valuation
Evaluation methods
Group work and oral examination (in June and/or September), 50/50
