Main themes
The course introduces specific questions about the medieval and early modern archaeological sources, within the european economic, geographical and social frameworks. Examples more specifically deal with the Low Countries between the XIth and the XVIth cent.
Aims

At the end of this learning unit, the student is able to :

Specialised course for people studying NW european archaeology, medieval art historians and historians who wish to develop their knowledge of the archaeological sources in North West Europe, especially in the former Low Countries.
