Students should also be registered for teaching practice (HIST 9001) and for the teaching practice seminar for history (HIST 2313).
Main themes
This seminar will take up the student teaching experiences of students, and thanks to videotaping allow them to :
- Compare their performance at different times and gain critical distance with regard to their own perceptions of live teaching ;
- Analyse the pedagogical methods of other students ;
- Implement theoretical ideas and models developed in the framework of other principles of good teaching practice.

The approach to these different problems is inductive and collective. The course is comprised by analyse of the experiences of the students and theoretical lectures

Evaluation methods
The certification will common with the seminar HIST 2313 and be based on a the redaction of critical rapport about an instructionnal sequence on history. The examination will thus give two identical notes (/20) one for the course HIST 2311 and one for the seminar HIST 2313.
