Translation from Turkish into French of excerpts (varying in length) representative of works by Turkish writers of the Republican era, symbolizing the literary movement they belong to, including, for instance:
- 1980-2015: Buket Uzuner, Murathan Mungan, Orhan Pamuk, Ahmet Ümit
- 1940-1980: Aziz Nesin, Sevgi Soysal, Orhan Kemal, Sabahattin Ali, Orhan Veli Kan'k
- 1923-1940: Halide Edip Ad'var, Yahya Kemal Beyatl'
Balanced mix of literary genres (novels - fiction, historic, crime -, poetry, short stories - including humorous).
