Aims
To familiarize students with the methodology and the indications of invasive and non invasive techniques evaluating the cardiac status

Content
Basic principles of non-invasive techniques. Protocols of investigations and application to the exploration of various cardiac diseases. Basic principles of invasive methods. Application to the exploration of various cardiac diseases ; indications, contra-indications and prevention of complications. Overview of the invasive methods of percutaneous myocardial revascularization and of percutaneous correction of cardiac diseases of the adult with emphasis on the functional evaluation of indication and results.
