Aims

Having regard to the LO of the programme, this activity contributes to the development and acquisition of the following LO :

At the end of this course, the student will be able to :

  • understand the different existing types of corporate governance systems in Europe.
  • have a critical understanding of what are the stakes in matters such as enforcing laws or codes, the impact of corporate governance on the firm's financial and non financial reporting , as well as in matters of audit and control.
