The course will be assessed both in January and in June thanks to written exams. The exam taking place in January is a partial exam assessing the first half of the course. If the student passes the January exam, he just needs to take the second part of the June exam. His result will then be computed as the average of his results in January and in June. If the student fails the January exam, he will have to take the whole June exam. His result in this case is only determined by his grade in the June exam. If the student takes the exam in September, all previous results are disregarded. The September exam covers the entirety of the course.
