Main themes In order to achieve these aims, the course will - compare the contemporary evolutions of the juridical treatment of inter-religious relations (tolerance, non-discrimination, institutionalized dialogue, positive discrimination, etc.) - with reference to international law and the State laws within three traditions: Roman-Germanic, Common Law, and Islamic.
Aims At the end, the student shall be able to identify the legal regimes of the relations between religious traditions and practices with reference to the evolution of the legislations pertaining to those different traditions and on the basis of an analysis of a public regulation of religion adapted to a multidisciplinary study of religions.
Evaluation methods

The evaluation will be made on the basis of a written work by about ten pages concerning an institution approached in a comparative way between two religious normative fields.
