Prerequisites

No prerequisite is required, but an upgrade in music playback is offered to students who have no basis in domaine.

Main themes

Knowledge of forms and genres of the most important (sonata form, fugue, suite of dances, theme and variation, da capo aria, rondo, etc.).. These are viewed in their cultural and historical context. The structure of these forms will be carefully analyzed, from music and scores.

Content

Analysis of some basic forms of music history (sonata form, fugue, rondo, suite of dances, aria da capo, etc.).. These are first placed in their musical and historical context are then analyzed in detail through guided listening and commented, with the support of scores.
