Aims

The objective of this course is to review the main concepts, methods and tools which are used in the strategy formulation and implementation process, identify the business situations in which they can be applied most effectively, as well as understand the limitations of the various approaches.

Content

The course Advanced Strategic Management is about strategy and the creation of value by firms. It will deepen your knowledge of some strategy topics that you may have seen previously, and present advanced analytical tools, methods and frameworks that can be turned into practice to successfully formulate, revise, implement and evaluate a firm's business strategy and corporate strategy.
