Aims

Given the learning outcomes of the "Master in Computer Science and Engineering" program, this course contributes to the development, acquisition and evaluation of the following learning outcomes:

Students completing this course successfully will be able to

  • study recent advances in artificial intelligence
  • summarize a technical or scientific AI paper and discuss it with a critical viewpoint
Evaluation methods
  • Examination: 30%
  • Seminar: 70%. The evaluation criteria for this part will focus on the quality of programming development and presentations, the scientific relevance but also participation in the course.
Teaching methods

The course is organised as a seminar where student meet regularly to present and discuss recent scientific papers.
