Content

Based on a detailed study of the fundamental rules of Latin syntax, in particular the syntax of subordinate clauses (the use of subordinate conjunctions; the use of tenses and moods). The constructions studied are illustrated by a linguistic analysis of classical sentences and texts. This practice includes an initiation into  the grammar, as well as the personal translation of a text (a reading of an extract from Caesar's Gallic Wars).
