Teaching methods |
Didactic principles, applied to previously learned acrobatic motor skills, are first explained and discussed in a workschop. They are also applied in the gym to the learning of more complex acrobatic motor skills. Students autonomy is progressively promoted by the teachers.

Content |
Method: Didactic goals will be achieved in the classroom and the gymnasium through various teaching methods including video recording and analysis, observations in the field, project-oriented teaching, solution research and creativity expression. Physical and technical situations will be emphasized in order to facilitate the learning of acrobatic skills. Content: Prerequisite skills in the didactic approach (from EDPH1025 Gymnastics and acrobatic sports) will first be tested, then new skills will be developed.
