The seminar aims to bring students to:
- control concepts and ways of thinking to the clinical analysis organizations
- sharpen their sensitivity to the dynamics and institutional relationships in the organizational world
- to implement the clinical social sciences in the analysis of situations where they are (or could be) involved themselves as professionals.

| Aims |
The seminar aims to discuss the functioning of organizations in their interpersonal and institutional dimensions. It is based on recent developments in clinical sociology and labor organizations, to ask the general question of humanity's place in the organization.
It provides more specific models of understanding of the dynamics that can either encourage creativity in the organization (ability to think, trust and recognition, self-fulfillment ...) or lead to a dead relationship and existential ( 'motivation', loss of work, interpersonal and institutional violence ...).
In terms of methodology, the seminar aims to introduce students to the clinical approach in social sciences. It will emphasize an awareness of the emotional and relational phenomena of organizational life, through practical exercises, stories and movies, etc..

Among the topics covered include: communication, authority and obedience, conflict and negotiation, recognition at work, the influence of the organization, "pathologies of Excellence ...
Several media learning are: course syllabus and with collection of texts, illustrated by certain themes films; Working Group on the texts and the analysis of a concrete organizational situation.

Rating: individual written examination and practical work done in groups. Support: syllabus, references during the course.
