This course has the goal to initiate the student to the research in nutrition, fundamental as clinical.
In the first step, the teacher introduces the subject of his or her research by an overview of the problem or the question that he or she investigates.
In a second part, the students have to read and present orally one recent research publication in this field.

| Evaluation methods |
The evaluation has two parts:
On one hand, a written exam based on the introductory presentation by the teacher;
On the other end, an evaluation of the oral presentation of the research article made by the student.
