Main themes

In order to achieve these goals, and taking into account the questions of the students, the course deals with the following aspects: - a standard test of Christian spirituality and a theological reflection on the conceptions of human life and the Christian existence which it induces; - a study of the journey and the texts of some great names of Christian spirituality including a critical reflection on the spiritual incidence of one or another theological discipline; - an initiation to the principal working tools and major sources.

Aims By the end of this course, the student should be able: - to integrate the specific contribution of the various theological disciplines into Christian spirituality; - to develop a reflection on the criteria of the Christian spiritual experiences and their various aspects.
Content Introduction to the theological study of christian spiritual experiences starting from selected exemples.
