Main themes |
The course consists of two parts, which can be followed independently.
The first part is dedicated to the presentation of several basic tools in operations research : linear programming, network flows, location models, etc.
In the second part, students are introduced to cost-benefit analysis.

Introduction to some decision-making methods useful for geographers and land planners.

Content |
Each part of the course represents 15h courses and 15h exercises.
The first part includes theoretical presentations of the methods and practical applications in a computer room.
