- An examination of all the major journalistic genres used in the press, radio and television, through reading and analysing published and broadcast examples.
- A focus on formal mechanisms and the structuring of writing for the press.

Case studies, and analytical work carried out individually and in groups

Assessment will be based on work carried out during the year, and a final check on knowledge acquired.
Other issues: This Seminar will run in close collaboration with the workshops on writing for the press, and radio and television news: it will enhance these with its analyses, and will provide them with case studies needed for the students - training.
