Method : intervision
During the research vocational training, the students are directly confronted to complex stakes, complex institutional functioning and complex relational situations. Small groups work Sessions help adapting method-ologies to specific contexts, reflecting on relationships and help resolve tensions.
The method of intervision relies on the following principle : to confront the visions and abilities of each participant to concrete situations, a method which develops important skills. The exchange of knowledge, of ethical positions, of professional cultures, of experiences is essential to research.
In addition to the acquisition of analysing tools, the work of intervision helps design concepts proper to the field, fill out selective bibliographies and reflect collectively on theoretical problems emerging from the field.
This method is also helpful for the interpretation of data. It opens a space of controversy by crossing the participant's perspectives and reading methods.
