Pre-required courses: basic training in parametric statistics (descriptive and inferential) and in methodology of psychology research

Main themes

To familiarize with the existence and the basic principles of the epidemiologic data analysis, data collected in single case studies, nonparametric statistical methods and meta-analysis.

Aims

- To be able to understand publications based on epidemiologic data analysis, data collected in single case studies, nonparametric statistical methods and meta- analysis. - To be able to carry out, at least, an analysis of data related with one of these four types of procedures.

Teaching methods

Training: - reading of four texts presenting the four types of analysis - meeting with the teachers in order to ensure the comprehension of these texts
