Evaluation methods
The final grade is based on the written analysis of a case study, where students (in groups of 3 to 4) apply the main topics of the course.

The course stretches over 4 half-days and covers three main topics:
1. The economic and social role of business: business and its stakeholders; financial statements; financial structure and risks; case study.
2. Financial management: financing the business; capital budgeting decisions; case study.
3. Organization, production and logistics: organizing and planning; project management; supply chain and "just in time" management; flexible organization; relation between R&D and production; case study.
