Aims |
This course proposes both a strategic view of quality management and operational tools to implement and maintain a quality system. Using standard tools from the industrial world (brainstorming, affinity diagrams, pareto analysis, control charts, etc.), it provides the student with the fundamentals of quality management in order to allow him/her to understand the importance of a quality strategy and to be a proactive and inventive actor of quality management in his/her future career.
