Main themes |
The course is taught in English.
It is meant to be a practical analysis of the HR management tools, applied to a real business case (e.g. Glaxo Smith Kline in 2010-2011). Above of this, the HR Director invited in the course, will ask the students to work HR matters on an international point of view. (compensation and benefits, international project management, outsourced recruitment or training process,...)
The case analysis (data collection, ...) will include the HR director's interview. And must be done by a group of students,
The HR director will be invited for 3 times in the course, to give students the presentation of his/her company and the main international issues the company is dealing with.
That will also be the opportunity for students to ask their questions and to collect datas for their analysis.
