Content |
The first part of this course covers advanced methodology for capital budgeting valuation. The second part covers topics on strategic financing decisions, such as optimal capital structure, the costs of financial distress, adverse selection, and agency problems associated with debt and equity financing, initial public offerings, and (time allowing) corporate governance. Illustrative cases will be developed in groups and discussed in class.
