The course determines the components of the international topicality, enumerates and analyzes the mechanisms in place, and provides the tools necessary to its comprehension. It makes some in the same way for L '' European topicality, in particular with regard to the Institutions of the European Union and political Europe. The course analyzes the large files of topicality of the moment, and makes some tratement

The student must be capable to control the mechanisms organizing the international and European circulation of information, and must be able to carry a glance criticizes about them. In addition, the student must have a knowledge of the large files of the international and European topicality of the moment, and show that it can control complexity of it.

The evaluation rests on a control of the mechanisms, a knowledge of the international and European topicality and on the capacity to conclude the study of a file of topicality in this field, from the journalistic point of view.

The course intends to seize large the models of operation of the international topicality, and to determine the consequences that it results from it on the information flow and the diary from the international topicality. It leans in the same way on the organization of the topicality with L '' European level, in particular on the level of the European institutions, and analyzes the access modes of the journalists to this information. Beside a theoretical and analytical part, the course intends to follow the outstanding files of the international topicality and to initiate the students with a control of the large files concerning the European topicality. This part of teaching will more take on the configuration of a seminar.

The course must be preceded by the seminar of bases of knowledge of the topicality.
