Bibliography |
Students examine those aspects of the company's management which could be improved: marketing, production, organization, logistics, finance, IT, etc. Students choose a topic which they consider as particularly relevant for an in depth analysis and for which they will formulate their proposals for improvement.
Students work in groups of 3 or 4.
The analysis is based on a classical SWOT approach (as defined in course EMSG M103 Business strategy):
- Internal analysis: Strengths/Weaknesses
- external analysis: Opportunities/threats
