Main themes - Introduction to ergonomics and cognitive ergonomics - Development of work situations in the area of bureaucracy ; use of information and communication technology means that workers are faced with diversification and abundance of information resources. - Analysis of activities in an interaction situation H-O and H-O: behaviour when researching information, understanding and memorizing information, learning etc. - Ergonomics of information technology : conception of interfaces - Study of usability and use of information and communication technology : analysis and design of work system and carrying out usability tests.
Aims To fully understand ergonomic concepts applied to the use of information and communication technology in work situations of a bureaucratic nature. Ability to undertake an interface assessment procedure through usability tests.

Other information Teaching methods : Presentations and case studies. Students undertake an interface assessment in a usability laboratory. Assessment : students are assessed on usability tests carried out during the course.
